What is a Fanlisting?
The idea of a fanlisting is to make a list of people, organized by country. But not just any list of people-a list of people who are fans of the fanlisting's subjects. Basically, it's exactly what the name says!
About the Teleri
The Teleri are a fictional race of Elves from the Middle-earth books by J.R.R. Tolkien. They love the sea more then anything. They built the Swanhaven, Alqualondë, in Valinor, and their ships were in the shapes of swans. However, during the first Kinslaying, many Teleri were killed, Alqualondë was ruined, and their ships were stolen by the Noldor.
I'll expand this information as soon as I re-read The Silmarillion.
About Sea-Elves
The name for Sea-Elves comes from another name the Teleri went by. It's quite fitting! I also chose this subject because I love the sea, Tolkien, and the Teleri Elves were always my favorite. I was extremely happy to find that this subject was open at TFL.org!
